When forming a society, you can choose between a limited and full jurisdiction society. For the establishment of a society with limited jurisdiction it is not necessary to go to the notary. For the establishment of a society with full jurisdiction you need a notarial deed.
In the deed of establishment of a society with full legal capacity, the name, the place of establishment, the purpose and the decision-making method within the society are laid down. At least two persons are required for the establishment.
After the establishment, the society will be registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce.
